Strange lights over the highway send Leo careening into an impossible realm with no way to escape. While struggling to cope with being the only human in a cursed and derelict town, he finds love and companionship with the very monsters who may one day lose control and spread their affliction to him. Very Intriguing

Loved the narrator’s style (hope he does more) the book had a unique take on werewolves, and the story was very intriguing.

A sequel is a Must!

Mr. Dusk knocks it out of the park yet again! He's an amazing story teller & the characters are unforgettable!

a beautiful story

a very good story with interesting themes that makes you actually think knowing what I know now I think I'll have to listen to it plenty more times to really understand everything.

Fun and interesting without being too thirsty

Overall, I liked the story line. Despite being mostly strait irl, I quite enjoy some monster and anthro books that are overtly gay or some spectrum of lgbtq+ genre.
Sure there are some slowish spots at times but I think the pace was plenty fine overall.

It was fun to hear Skuru do an audiobook roll and I think he did really well! Made a good set of unique personalities of the characters and I think he maintained them quite well! So congrats of that.

I did have a bit of a time finding the audiobook at first. I don't know if it was because it was in the app or somethings else, but I wasn't able to directly search for it on the app. I was able to get to it eventually but did take a bit of effort. So hopefully not so bad in the future.

If ever there is another book that comes out either within the same universe or some other one, I'll certainly give it a try!

Pretty good

One of the best just stories I have read. I mostly read fvn and they got a lot of nsfw stuff in them. This has about 1 main sex scene and some side ones but does not go into that much detail in ether. Overall good story. Saddened by lack of nsfw stuff that other things I read had.

A beautiful and engaging story brought to life by a wonderfully engaging voice

The story is engaging and played very well with the various themes included within. The story drew me in ands mange to to make me laugh and bring me to tears on a few occasions. Skurus managed did an excellent job with the reading, Is voice breathed life into the interesting characters and rich world.

He was very theatrical.

The book was emotional and engaging I’m a way where I ad to listen to the whole book in one sitting lol.

Great story

This book was great, the story telling and characters were amazing leaving me chomping at the bit for more and by the end I cried. Highly recommend this queer werewolf action romance.

The Story!!!

I absolutely loved this story! I normally don’t listen to audio books but this book was a great one to start! And Skuru did a wonderful job voicing the characters!!! Loved Axel and Leo’s relationship and how the story actually made me cry.
