Difficult and Challenging
I don't know any church who likes to here that they need to change or they will die. I appreciate that there is hope for the future if we are honest and get ourselves out of the way and regain our focus. it can be difficult but very rewarding. I highly recommend this book!

Practical and Inspiring
This book is filled with practical information, and is very inspiring for pastors like me of small young churches. Our church is growing, but the information in this book will be a blessing to help us not get stuck.

Excellent!
When your church is suck in the "way we've always done it" and the church is starting to die, you need to read this book. Excellent ways to identify and correct things before it is too late.

Great Book. Fresh perspective.
This is a great book for anyone interested in the future of the Church. Tony does a great job outlining a method for keeping the local church fresh and effective. My favorite book on this subject.
