My favorite book by Diana Brock

Although this is a different style for a book from Diana Brox normal offering, I do think it is my favorite. Michelle find out that not only she is adopted and her biological family has left her in a state and a sizable inheritance., But there are strings attached. Her best friend knows something is up, but Michelle won’t listen.

The story goes from Cameron day to Michelle‘s mother and father‘s plate during the pregnancy of her. This book was so good I thoroughly enjoyed it I cannot say enough about it. There are some things I want to say, but I won’t as I don’t want to spoil it. All I can say is read this book it is so good!

What a great story! The twists and turns keep you wondering! Michelle and her friend &family are are keeping it interesting for sure! Great ending!

Great story

I like the story I like the mystery to it the whole storyline kept me there. The only thing that kind of turned me not off but kind of iffy was the narrator. It was like she wasn’t a manikin it sounded like she was reading from a script.
What I recommend this book yes,

This was a good story.I felt it needed editing and that the narrator,Alicia Hopper, could have run words by someone,if she did not know how to pronounce them.There was too much time between the end of sentences and the next chapter.Other than that,her narration was ok.Also the timeline had me confused.Suposedly a man who still has slaves and can shoot them and have it swept under the rug,has a daughter who gets pregnant out of wedlock.She runs away and her child is adopted.When she is an adult she is informed she has inherited this mans inheritance.This seems to be in the year we live now,so how it stretched that far,I don't know. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

I enjoyed this story book. The narrator did a great job with the story. She brought the story to life for me. Michelle is a struggling small business owner from a small town. When her business might be taking away from her. She finds out that she has a grandpa that she didn't know of and also that she was adopted. She learns that her grandpa has a multi-million dollar fortune that he has left to her. When she gets to her grandpa's house things start to happen that can't be explained. She start to have dream of things too. There is also a mystery to this story too. Who are her real parents and why are things happening at her grandpa's house.

Deep seeded revenge

The Story of Michelle Brown Vandivere is a book of suspense, hatred, betrayal, murder and a touch of the paranormal. Charles Vandivere will not let his hatred go for the people and things that he believes brought shame and devastation to the family.
The storyline is absolutely phenomenal as the book is back and forth helping you the past with the future. The whole story is actually told so that you are kept in track. The characters become more developed as the story goes on and you are able to watch them become stronger. The narration of this book by Alicia Harper was amazing.
I received this audio book at my request. I am leaving my honest review here voluntarily of my own volition. I highly recommend this book if you like suspense and the supernatural.

Mystery

Suspense betrayal murder and paranormal what more could you ask for. Michelle learns her grandfather left her a fortune that someone doesn’t want her to inherit. The narration was a big miss for me and the audio track seemed off but I was still able to enjoy the story

Intriguing Story

At first I thought this would be straight forward and predictable plot, but was pleasantly surprised by the twists and turns the story line took as the book progressed. I agree that the pauses at the end of each chapter were frustrating, as mentioned by other reviewers, but overall I thought this was an enjoyable listen. If you like mystery with a side of romance and a little supernatural flare, this book is for you!

Ok story not so good narration

The premise of the story is good but, very predictable. The narration was very blah. There were long pauses between each chapter..lots of radio silence and there is no distinct voice changes for the characters it all bleeds together.
