Masterful with the perfect narrator
Knowing from the beginning of what was to come on the close of the book had every chapter lingering with nausea inducing anticipation. The how and when kept this as interesting as it gets. The narration is spot on; truly enhanced the story

Absolutely Loved It!!!
Not since ASOIAF(still waiting George)have I enjoyed an action packed fantasy story like this!!!
Can’t wait for the 3rd installment!!
Carew did a great job with this second book. Continued on building an awesome realm for my minds eye to go into overdrive.

A Thrill
Even knowing the antagonist while protagonist is unaware you would think gives way for some sort of predictability. None whatsoever. This book, I have the hard copy audio, just provides a thrilling adventure. Gut wrenching cliff hangers but excellent character development. 10/10
