In this episode, we hang with a sloth in the jungle of Costa Rica as he spends a month digesting one single leaf, and we see the symbiosis and collaboration that surrounds him.

The narrators voice and sounds of the jungle are very pleasant and I learned a bit about sloths.

My sleep music. I find the sounds especially towards the end, very soothing plus sloths are so interesting and the story is about sloths

interesting content and a good Pace

The story was great. And the delivery was very relaxing. I found some other stories have too much variety in the volume and tone of voice. But this one seems just right. And the pauses at certain places really did help me to drift off to sleep. I've listened to this three times but only made it to the end once on a really difficult night. I'll be using this one often.
