Awesome book on forgiveness!

Loved this book it gave good insight in the healing process and why we need to forgive. I definitely recommend this book.

Great book, Okay Audiobook

The message in this book is unique to this book. No one talks about self hatred in a way that proves back at you. My favorite part was discovering that hatred toward yourself is often rooted in pride. That I just can't measure up to my own standards. The inability to extend grace to myself was a message I needed to hear to get me moving on the path to recovery. Healing a self image that left me doomed to the shallows.

Life changing.

The best book you can read in your life. (Aside from the Bible lol) It is a game changer. I have shared this with at least 2 dozen people and it has had a 100% success rate!
