Great follow up

Hutson delivers another great fantasy read. Filling the world of the shared few with more mystery, intrigue, and adventure. I loved every minute of the book and can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

i love this story ...but

The ending of this installment was annoying. 1. I wasn't ready for it to end ...that's the biggest one, but it also very intentionally took us past the resolution of the current obstacle n jus threw us into a new situation n then jus abruptly cut us off.

Even though I'm complaining, the fact is I only have these kinds of complaints about stories that I'm really getting into. These are good problems to have. The story is super engaging, and it's presented in a way that lets it standout in a genre flooded with copy-cat authors. I can say with utmost confidence that this is pretty original. I genuinely want to learn more.

By comparison the book I currently have playing feels like I'm jus going through the motions. I have to give credit where it's due. I don't typically like when stories have too many perspectives to keep track of, because every story has a MC n I jus want to follow the MC ...this story jumps around a lot, but the jumps r interesting. When I found myself being annoyed by the decisions of side-character I knew I was in way too deep. But that's what a good book will do to u, it'll suck u in and make u care.

Well done. Highly recommend.
