Sexy fun, great narration

Look, Shane could read a telephone book and I’d be entranced. The same for Zara! I appreciated the historical elements here, and the open-door 🌶️🌶️🌶️ and dirty talk were excellent! Charlie not being honest about his past drove me a bit nuts, as did the obsession with Elodie’s neck. But definitely fun!

Will listen again and again!!

This is my first book of Sara’s and it is DEFINITELY not the last! 😃😃😃 She is a gifted writer—articulating emotion and irrational human rationalization so relatably and intimately… and with striking, perfectly weighted dashes of both humor and irreverence! Sooo happy to know her work now, my life is better for it! 🙏🏼🥰🫶🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Fabulous Performances

I read this book prior to listening to the audible version. The performances (in duet) were fabulous! They did a great job portraying other characters giving each a unique sound so you could feel the other characters personality. And Charlie’s Henry the VII voice was so entertaining!

Super cute story

I normally listen to dark romance but needed a break. I’m so glad I chose this one! It was cute and totally hilarious. The narration was fantastic.

I am in love with Charlie Vaughn

I read this book from Sara not long after it was released and immediately fell for her writing, the history, and Charlie Vaughn. Elodie, the FMC, is so fun and feisty. Charlie is romantic and kind.

The audio version gave me another way to fall deeper for one of my favorite books ever. The performances are heartfelt and perfect. I love it so much.
