It inspired me to make a choice and walk the path right through the reluctance and into the self-love. A pragmatical, hands-on manual for learning about the simple tools that help me with my everyday challenges and to stay my course even when the going gets tough.

It has been the blueprint for me to take back my power and true birthright...the guide to unbridled freedom and a life I have always been seeking.
