A very good investment in your time.

Specific tips on how to slow down & speed up the perception of time. Several interesting facts about time perspective. I intend to use this as a resource to return to in case I fail to habitualize the concept and ideas. Recommended reading.

Very Clear definition and explanation

Author does a pretty great job at not only explaining the why behind that feeling, but also offers some pretty neat tips, tricks, and resources to help us make the most of what we have, or slow down the feeling of how quickly time marches on.

Excellent

This is a very comprehensive guide to the current research and knowledge about how we perceive time. It is not a textbook on the physics of the space/time continuum, but rather a practical and useful guide to understanding our own perception and use of the limited time we have.

Long, though informative

Contains some great insights . Some parts drag a bit, and sometimes feels repetitive within sections. Yet, recommended. Well narrated.

The ends of spoken words get cut off often

For a while I kept thinking I accidentally clicked to the next chapter or something like that. But several times per chapter as they are talking the audio ends short of the completed word. I think once it even cut off a person's last name. So that was obviously annoying. Other than that It is the type of book I enjoy listening to, and makes me think differently about myself and the world.

Great last chapter.

The last chapter is interesting and useful. Overall - too much repetition. Gets boring very quickly.

Now that I heard this book, I feel a few years of life, RUSH back into me..

Admirable !

This is an awesome book, written based on scientific evidence of tangible neuroscience, behavioral science, backed by real world interesting stories, in a fluid and structured language, all around the importance of our perception of time and how to make the best out of it. Amazing.

while knowing a lot of these Concepts in principle this book allowed me to use the information presented to fine hone my thinking on the subject.
