masterful and entertaining storytelling

This is one of my favorite series!!!
This is one of my favorite series. There are many great characters with many great adventures tied together in one book. The first book was a little slow for me as the author laid the ground work. However it soon picked up and I couldn't put the books down!!!

Excellent story with high hopes for the final installment!
This was an excellent story once again! James Maxwell is an wonderful writer and Simon Vance brings the story to life. I am looking forward to the final book in this saga to learn how it all ends but I go there with trepidation because I now the story will end and I have already read everything else these two story tellers have done together.
