As kids, best friends Willa Dunn and Lee Chandler spend every summer together at the idyllic Upstate New York community of Forestlands Lake, nestled in the foothills of the Taconic Mountains. Soon Willa and Lee are working to protect the girls, reconcile their past, and unearth the secrets surrounding Forestlands Lake—putting old ghosts to rest once and for all.

Really enjoyed this one

Interesting storyline, good characters, and great narration. A little suspense, a bit of romance, some teenage attitude, and totally worth the listen!

This was a wonderful spooky read with a sapphic romance and ode to friendships to carry it along.

Amazing plotting

If you like paranormal suspense you must read this . As a person who usually figures out the who done it very early on in a story , this one had me stumped all the way until the reveal. Fantastic stuff Carolyn . Absolute must read.

Loved it

I am not a ghost story great fan, but this one was excellent, shows me that I should read a book even if the main topic is not really my cup of tea. Well written, excellent narration.
