Already have some experience with real estate buying, and this book gave me a new way to look at how anyone, from any background or financial situation, can do well in this field. From beginning to end, the audiobook lived up to its promise of making real estate investment easier to understand.
The book talks about a lot of different topics, from analyzing deals to how to negotiate, but it never felt too much. Each idea was broken down in a way that was easy to understand, so even people who didn't know much about real estate could follow along without any problems.

Great book for beginner/ growing investors

This book has got something for everyone. I was a bit hesitant about listening to another RE book, but I’m in the process of getting my license and trying to learn as much as possible. I like that it has a lot of straightforward strategies and useful insights without any of that unnecessary fluff you usually find in books like these.

I also really appreciated that it focuses on helping you avoid common pitfalls in real estate investing with a step-by-step process, and none of the confusing jargon that I currently come across in my RE courses.
