Excellent success stories of real employers who took steps to become more diverse, equitable in their business practices and inclusive of all people.

Great content, terrible narration

I enjoyed the messages and anecdotes in the book. There were a lot of gems in terms of how to think about DEI efforts, address naysayers, and how to execute culture change. The narration seemed like AI. The pronunciation, timing of speech, emphasis on the wrong word, etc made it sound like a robot was reading. That makes it harder to understand and listen to.
