Very good

When reviewing a children's book, it is important to listen it from a child's perspective. It needs to be in language and verbiage that they understand. I think that for the target audience Joanna White is reaching for, he meets that need.

Lots of great stories, an excellent audiobook for the price! Every kid loves a good bedtime story and using the mindful meditation. Worth it

Awesome indeed

This book was for my daughter as she started refusing to go to sleep at night because she was so afraid. We tried everything and nothing worked! After about a week of almost no sleep, we were hopeless!!! Then we found this audiobook. This book helped her sleep anxieties when nothing else we tried worked.

A must have for our kids

I listen these stories to my 4 year old daughter and they are PERFECT. We went from listens several books a night to one 5-minute story, and then we bookmark the story we want to listen the next night. No violence and so much fun here!

Recommended

The only problem I have with this book is that it’s not meant for my wife and me. We listen to it together with our children and don’t want to get up afterwards :D
