Enjoyable to read. Full of very useful information, I would recommend this book to anyone who is in a relationship or thinking of getting into a relationship.

Too many corny words used in this book such as "crufrumples" ,"wtf", "sweetie" "lol"... it was really a turn off... I would have liked my husband to read the book but I know he would be turned off by the same thing. Also it seems like they are selling their services in almost every chapter. I understand bringing it up once or twice but it pretty much is mentioned every chance they get.

Love this book and what I am learning. I agree with Stacey and Paul that there is reading something and mastering it. Thankfully this book comes with access to many resources!!! There are groups, online communities, and a workbook to help us along our way.

Many great insights

What a great book! There were so many times I was thinking, that is so me or that makes total sense, guiding me toward being a better version of me. Helping me understand myself and others more. Part of this book, while focused on relationship between partners, can also be applied to other everyday relationships. The only reason I gave it 4stars is that I felt like I was being sold on more programs much of the time. They are probably great and I may check them out but it got a little redundant and old after awhile.

A good point but a long time to get there

I really wasn't keen on the style of this book, but the content was great. There were moments where I had to stop listening because having a male narrator saying "OMG baby I love that" (or similar) is a little hard to take seriously.
Biggest gripe was that it took so long to get to the point. There was so much repetition of unnecessary stuff that I wished for a paper copy so I could skip to the actual information.
The advice and information itself was really helpful and I would probably read this again if a paper copy became available. I wouldn't listen again.

This has been the beginning of light for me

I can't begin to tell you how much I loved this book. It has helped me in a very very dark time.

Felt more like a long commercial for their program and events. No real substance or value in the book. Couldn’t find the workbook at the web address in the book.

I give up. This book is almost entirely an advertisement for other products in the context of baby talk and fake endearments.
