Hey NSA, the dude is a patriot like it or not.

glad to get the story from the source. I see his side of the story and in time historians will see he was right. In a way it's connections to 1776 and that mindset can be connected.

Edward Snowden is a modern day hero.

A great insight into the background and motivations behind on of the greatest heroes of my generation. Edward Snowden is trying to make the world a better place.

WOW

this book is great. It is mind blowing with all the inside info. I think more people should read this. More people should know what is going on.
But yet it is a very sad story. It is sad because he is a human. He gave away his freedom to tell us what is going on. But it seems (at least I see it this way) that nobody cares. We keep buying modern technology that is connected online and leave a electronic footprint that it will be stored for eternity. SAD... SAD...

The government prob already know I like this book.

Very good job. I knew some of the story but enjoyed hearing it from Mr. Snowden’s perspective. He explained the tech in a way I could understand.

Interesting story, extremely informative!

I'm thankful to be able to hear Mr. Edward Snowden share his story. Surely he has to be one of the most interesting human in the history of mandkind. I hope the best for both these Snowden's, may they reproduce many more Snowden's!

Inciteful and autobiographical

To know the upbringing of Edward Snowden and evolution from sheep to cattle dog to Shepard is amazing to know that a man made the greatest self sacrifice for the good of all of the common man. He was persecuted for upholding the oath that he took to protect against all enemies foreign and domestic. Helped usher in the drive for privacy and anonymity. His stint in the army went very similarly as mine did. His awakening to the truth about the nature of America’s foreign and domestic policy went similarly to mine. I can identify with him in so many ways. We could have even been peers if I had made similar career choices rather than the ones I did. I am grateful to him forever for unmasking the betrayal of the public’s trust by our own government. I hope one day he can return from exile and be treated as the American hero is truly is. Hopefully one day a president will honor him with a pardon and the medal he truly deserves.

Edward Snowden is Global Hero

This was a long book. But, well worth the listen. It is appalling how technology has been used by our governments to listen, record, and control us. If they continue... It won't end well. But, end it will.

A government that no longer serves the people.

The two party system works as one to seize power from the people. Unbelievable how many people are so willing to ignore individual liberties. Talk about undaunted courage.

A must read/listen

Contrary to the advice of Snowden, I'm going to post a review. Great story that moves smoothly! Frightening to know what went on and what could be going on now. Definitely a hero protecting the rights of Americans!
