Should call it Theology of Christian Leadership

This is by far the best book I have read on the subject of Pastoral Leadership, or Christian Ministry Leadership. I was constantly getting that 'inner witness' to the truths that were being taught. I had that sense that I had discovered a work of greatness with this book. This will probably be one of the examples I use to explain the value of using a Seminary academic catalog to discover some of the better books on a topic for self study. Thank you Global University for requiring this text in some of your leadership classes. I have already purchased another print copy and given to a friend.

This is probably the best leadership development books for Christians that there is.

So much life research, study, and deep thought have gone into this book. He has thought and covered so many things that address barriers and experiences that are common to God’s development for Christian leaders. There is so much in here I will probably listen to it two more times, and purchase the most current edition. If you are in any sort of Christian leadership, or feel Gods leading in that way, part time or full, please invest in yourself and listen / read / apply this great work.

A brilliant book

This is one of the all-time greatest books on Christian leadership. I was blessed to learn so much.

Good information but reads like a textbook. Feel like there were too many examples to not have a copy right in front of me. Suggest other read this the old fashioned way
