Fun Story with Plenty of Surprises
Zig and Nola are really interesting characters and Brad Meltzer is a master story teller. You'll enjoy every minute, but be ready for plenty of surprises!

Great plot twist
Not too many authors can tell a story from multiple perspectives, and have your audience not get confused. Characters told stories from the present and past multiple storylines, and they flow quite readily. There were more plot twists in the story and a braided rope. I should’ve known some of them are, but I think that’s part of his genius is to not make it easy. I subtle miss direction.
My friend was a funeral Director and he was just like Ziggy, and took great pride in making the people look their best for their family members.Well done Mr. Meltzer well done.N\\\

I Loved It!
I waited so long for the second d Zig and NOLA book! it has huge twists that I totally didn't see coming!! I enjoyed every minute of it and I thought the narrator did an awesome job. He IS Zig and I cannot imagine anyone else narrating him. I was waiting for the Elliott in the Morning reference. Glad you didn't disappoint me, Brad! Just one question... What was the "perfect comeback?" I'm dying to know!!

Don't believe all the bad reviews!
Always love how you get history lessons in Brad's books! A convincing plot, story is a bit loose, but entertaining. The prequel is also good despite the negative reviews. I almost didn't read (listen) to it , but glad I did.

couldn't get into it
I thought the book was written very well however I could never really get into this novel. The narrator did an outstanding job telling this story.

Love This Series
