Great story, loved every book within this series, Sophia knew what she wanted and went Gor it with Quin... The author didn't skimp on the passion either

I enjoyed all books in the series. There are some laughs, high spice but contained interesting plots with a bit of suspense/ mystery.
The narration was excellent .

Good story, different twist. Not the same old romance. Enjoyed the sexy parts. All around fun.

Each story of the series was unique and entertaining. While the outcomes are predictable the journey to get there is enjoyable.

Sometimes books in a series start to get boring and too predictable. Not this one! Many novel twists and turns to keep me on my toes.

I loved the series so much

For you lovely women out there who enjoy a good love story and need some excitement in your love life or relationship with your spouse, this series by Joanna Shupe is the best. The story as well as the elaborate erotic descriptions will arouse your body and encourage you to look deeply into your love life. Is it good? Satisfactory? Less than satisfactory? Well, something needs to be done about it. I only regret that I didn’t receive Perl Kelly’s tips...

Excellent

It’s been a while since I read historical romance . Well, since Quinn stopped writing good books. I listened to all first three books in this series and loved them for the ingenuity and development of complex characters. I don’t know how I feel about Sophia’s stubbornness and getting herself in trouble . Goes to show how vested I was in this story.
The reader also did an excellent job with the voices. The voice range was so distinct it felt like multiple readers.

Now, audible dangled 3 free membership books by Shupe . I am about to go spend my credits on the rest of the series.

Interesting and Different

This book was very enjoyable due to an interesting plot and very different hero and heroine. The plot was not as formulaic as usual. Sophia and Damien have loved each other for years without the other person knowing it and are finally being thrown together again. How things develop from there is the interesting part. Sophia is not your usual heroine either. Thinking she is on the shelf she no longer wants or needs the rules of Society. She just wants to be of service to people but she chooses a unique way to do it. Damien working under false information has his own reasons for staying away from marriage and children. The narrator brings these characters alive with her well hone talents.

Great series! Really enjoyed the suspense. The romance was steamy and fabulous. I would love for there to be in the series. Narrator was fabulous as usual.

STORY : Well written, playful and mysterious yet lighthearted and humorous. it's that perfect combination of details that never fails to make you wish for another book in the series!

NARRATOR: A stellar performance. When you don't actually 'hear' the narrator but instead just the story then you know it was really good!

HEAT FACTOR: A real pressure cooker of steamy moments..... and sweet love.
