excellent overview of Sufism for modern times
Sheikh Kabir Helminski gives a very in-depth and insightful overview of the essentials of the Sufi path for the modern era. He shows the possibility of what a spiritually integrated person could achieve in their life and for the service of others. Daliah Merzaban's reading of the text is just superb. I hope Audible uses her talents for more audio books.

great book, great performance
I recommend this book to anyone who wants to kesrna bout the suffering path. well written and well read. beautiful book all the way around. and around. I read it again and again.

Content is good, performance unlistenable
The content is good, but the performances seems stilted and very stylized. I find it impossible to listen to this person.
