Great story. Love Timothy Campbell’s narration
I have yet to come across a Mary Wine story that I haven’t enjoyed. She writes a lovely tail. Add in Timothy’s great narration and you are in for a great combination of well executed and entertaining story to get lost inside.
This one is about Jasper, who seems to have grown up since his small appearance in the last book. The meek Taryn is revealed to have some grit and will to be her own woman.
If you enjoy Scottish highlanders with a little charm, this book is for you.

Disappointed with this
The story began with promise, but ended abruptly with all situations resolved neatly like checking the boxes on a plot outline. Just enough pages to sell as a book, but doesn’t leave you wondering. There were characters not developed so there is no icing or candles on this bland cake
