Wonderful historical romance.

This author has a beautiful talent of seamlessly weaving fact and fiction together throughout this story. This audiobook swept me away to the beautiful lands of Scotland. A heartfelt story both between the hero and the heroine but also between a country and it’s people. Narrator Tim Campbell brings each character to life with a smooth, sexy voice, perfect for the hero of the book. But don’t under estimate how well he does female voices. Delivered with great emotion. Author & narrator create an irresistible audiobook. A must have.

The Narrator!

The narrator helped me finish the book. The story was good, but not great. All in all it was a good distraction. Tim Campbell can read any book and make it sound awesome. That voice!!

What a great beginning to a new series!

This book has such a great start and then it gets even better!!! So many emotions, feelings, so much pain and anguish, and then the beautiful happy ending. The narrator is just perfect!!! He adds SO MUCH to being transported to the Middle Ages! Emma Prince is a genius with how she places her characters in completely IMPOSSIBLE situations and then slowly untangles their drama and gives them the most beautiful happy endings!!!

Since my kindle decided to blink off, it wiped out my first review. However, I will tell you that this series, The Four Horsemen of the Highlands is an awesome book! Of course Emma Prince never disappoints with her creative stories blending fact and fiction. Tim Campbell is always a master when it comes to his narrations. He and Emma, together, pull you into an exciting adventure that you won't want to put down until the very end. Don't miss this first book in her new series.💗
