Fun & interesting book

I enjoyed listening to this book. At first it might seem like a regular story about a murder & a detective investigating it, but making it a town of magic put a nice spin on it. It kept my interest from the beginning to the end.
The narrator, Meghan Kelly, did an awesome job! It boggles my mind how well she reads male voices. She gives each character a voice of its own & brings the book to life. Loved it!

Great New Series

I love the new setting and how this book is set up to expand the growing universe it is set in. Can't wait for some of our other favorite characters to show up in NOLA.

Snarky and Sassy

LLH writes the best snarky paranormal mysteries and her newest creation of Ofelia is not disappointing at all! I’m looking forward to so many more adventures in New Orleans!

Great characters

loved it! super character development and interactions! I read the series too. awesome narration and storyline.

Interesting story, the heroine really has a chip on her shoulder. Thoroughly enjoyed the hero.
