Get the print book but this is good as well

You will want to be able to skip around in the book and look at the illustrations and slow down for the exercises. But the audio is excellent for 'sounding down' the information, and staying inspired to understand your emotional messages, and to keep processing in 'love and trust.'

Heart and Soul is in the top of my list. I enjoy listening to this version many times in my commute and find something new to learn each time

Critical work we all need to accomplish this lifetime or one's that follow. This fits nicely into Gary's other great works.

Well worth the read!

Another incredible book by Gary Zubak! The is one in particular is a must read for anyone on a journey into self improvement &/or for understanding/connecting with your emotions. I've read dozens of self help/spiritual books & this is right at the top along with 2 others of his - Seat of the Soul & Universal Human...all must reads!

3. Do this if you want it to be better/less limiting, less painfu

unbelievably satisfying

is a wonderful book that puts things into words that most folks aren't able to do. this one really resonated with me, I got this one after I downloaded seat of the soul which I really liked as well by Gary. great practical ways to get ahead of your anxiety or any other things in your life that are causing you disruption.

I listened to it non stop. it changed the way I look and things, people and relationships. I'll never be the same again.

I enjoyed the content, but the bursts of the piano were unnecessarily loud and irritating. Could have done without that.
