Surprised me

Don't know where this was recommended to me, but I am very glad I bought it. There is sadness, and sweetness - sometimes so much that your teeth hurt. But in the end, I felt it was all worth it. If you are saying the plot isn't new, or the ending was cliche, get over yourself. It has HEA and in this world we are living in THAT is as necessary as the air we breathe. Stick around to the author's comments at the end.

In Love

I don’t think I’ve ever wanted to write a review for a book until now. I was very skeptical to read the second book to The Friend Zone because I thought that was amazing and nothing would compare. But I was completely mistaken. This book is now my #1! You don’t need to read TFZ but I highly recommend so you can get the feels for the characters in this one. This book had me laughing, swooning and crying like it was happening to me!! So in love with this book. Definitely a must listen/read!

Wish I hadn’t finished it so fast!

If I were to make one recommendation I’d say to listen to each song at the beginning of each chapter. The playlist is excellent and so clever of Jimenez to use this format.

The storyline is good and dialogue and character development are excellent. This book will leave you feeling good about people. Something much needed in the world.

Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic

OMG I could not stop listening to this story! I laughed out loud, cried large tears and was so emotionally invested it took me a day to finish it. I have not had that reaction to a story in a long time. Thank you Abby Jiménez!

Not my kind of book

I don’t usually read this genre. That being said I thought this book was delightful and it kept me entertained to the end. I’m glad I took the chance and bought it.
