Gangaji is the teacher that encourages you to answer this question for yourself...and be OK with the answer....honest inquiry will take you deeper than you may have imagined you could go...at least it did for me. I found Gamgaji to be the perfect guide for the journey

This is a very practical approach to be mindful and allow a true state of Being to become the guiding force in the drama of this life.

Wanting

I can understand how these teachings would be useful to those just starting their journey. If you are well versed in Eastern philosophy and thought however, you might struggle to gain anything insightful from this audio. The narrator has a silky soothing style that's deeply relaxing. In terms of real substance however, the content barely scratches the surface and I became frustrated by the lack of useful insights.
