This book takes an entertaining approach to teaching practical strategies for success in everyday decision-making. Its 101 lessons can change your life by teaching you to see competition from a completely new perspective. The book is full of stories, jokes, and quotes based on strategic principles that go back 2,500 years to Sun Tzu's The Art of War. The book takes competition out of the realm of conflict and redefines it as a matter of making the right choices based to improve the ways you are compared to others. The original edition of this book was the winner of the Ben Franklin book award as best self-help book of the year. This 10th-anniversary edition contains has been greatly improved based on the author's recent nine-volume work on the various aspects of competitive strategy.

Would you listen to The Golden Key to Strategy again? Why?
Asking if I would listen to this again, is like asking me if I would like to listen to Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich again or if I would like to read The New England Patriot's secret football playbook more than once. Let me think about that...Yes? Please? This material is profoundly life-changing, I'm still trying to completely wrap my brain around these profound concepts but I've already gotten some amazing insights. Looking forward to listening again and again. What other book might you compare The Golden Key to Strategy to and why?
Sun Tsu's Art of War, Robert Greene's 33 Strategies of War, Bob Rice's Three Moves Ahead. Malcolm Gladwell's Outlyers (or pretty much anything from Malcolm Gladwell), The first 3 are good books on Strategy. The Malcolm Gladwell books are stimulating brain candy and The Golden Key has elements of both, but ties them together into an elegant and practical system.Have you listened to any of Gary Gagliardi’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I haven't yet, but if they're anything like The Golden Key, I'd be interested in listening to more of Gary's programs. If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
"The Secret Laws of Strategy"Any additional comments?
I wish I had stumbled across this 25 years ago. I would have saved myself a lot of wasted time and frustration. Very useful content. 150 audio books in my Audible library and this one is definitely on the top of my list. Well worth the credit.Unbelievably Powerful!
