Another Great Book
The Firm is the second novel of John Grisham after A Time To Kill that has become a huge bestseller.This ultimately placed him to become one of the best-selling authors in the world whose legal thrillers have become a must-read for many people in the world.
The Firm tells the story of a young lawyer and brilliant Harvard law graduate named Mictch McDeere.He joins a small prestigious law firm called Bendini, Lambert and Locke,who later he discovered to be part of the crime activities of the mob particularly that of the Morolto family. In it,we get to see McDeere try to go through complex actions as he tries to protect his family;outwit the mob and the partners of his law firm;cooperate with the FBI through within the boundaries allowed by his profession; and escape death from people who are trying to kill him.
The audio book is a mesmerizing novel as we get to see a high tension story and one will definitely cheer for McDeere to succeed in everything that he does.Also,it is worthy to mention that we have interesting characters in it and it is excellently written by Grisham as the story for once never dragged one bit.Unknowingly,we also get to learn a thing or two about the law particularly that of taxes and the profession of being a lawyer.Overall,this is a great purchase that will definitely delight the listener.
Scott Brick was outstanding with the delivery of the story

Grisham's best
John Grisham's Best book. Read it, watched film, listened to audio book. Not great literature (whatever that is) but a cracking good read and narrator for audio book very good.

Great Narration, and unique plot.

Loved this book. it is Grisham's attention to detail that does for me. Feels like you are right there. Edge of the seat stuff.
Would have preferred to hear more sounds. Police cars, the ocean, Background sounds would been a nice touch.
