Wonderful addition to The Five Wishes of Mr Murray McBride

A wonderful story to show the main character’s life as he grows up. The author writes all the emotions. Highly recommend.

Kindness and caring for others has no age or race boundaries.

This captivating story is a well written tale of how the kindness and determination of a 11 1/4 year old, who is befriended by a caring and kind citizen, teaches us all the power of kindness and friendship, no matter what the age or nationality.

Liked the first Murray McBride and this one was great also. Alexandra was the star. Wonderful reader.

This book shows that our legal system needs better support for immigrants.

Heart moving

The entire story makes you feel. I cried through the first two chapters, but I’m an easy cry. After that, the story of his life is full of feeling and told quite interestingly.

A heart warming story

This is a heart warming story. I enjoyed learning what happened to Jason and how he fulfilled Murray's wishes.

Easy Read

I liked the sound of the narrators voice, I thought at times the words were read a bit choppy, esp when portraying a different ethnicity.
The story became a little too political for my liking. I read/listen to get away from the political discourse that is going on in our country. I kept with the story became I was more interested in Jason's story and how it would end.
The wholesomeness was lost IMO with the story.

My second review at the end of the book

The book is touching and speaks to several of my interests - medical dilemmas, global affairs, equality. I wanted to edit my review ie I’m not an author and not qualified to “critique” a writing style . I do still feel that some of both books is a bit unethical and unrealistic but overall great stories!
