If you've never fasted, you need this book!!

I've always wanted to fast, but was nervous. Pastor Vlad explains daily what happens to your body during a fast, why we fast, how it honors the Lord and it's supported with scripture and prayer! Best thing I ever did! Go follow him as well!

I loved it. Started listening just to learn more about fasting but it pushed me to fast for 21 days. I recently learned about this pastor by hearing pastor David Hernandez mention him. What I love the most about his material is the fact that he does not beat around the bush but gets to the point and goes deep in to topics. I must say this is what I needed. Thank you pastor Vlad.

Fasting brings humility

This book is so insightful. Makes it something achievable and simply necessary for growth and that it should be a normal part of a Christian’s life. I love the health tips and benefits too.

Loved it, this gave some unique views to consider when fasting. What I don't understand is why this review system forces me to write a review that is 15 words long.

Very motivating book

One thing I discovered is that having a support group makes it so much easier to do and achieve your goals. This book served as my support system. I like how it talked about the importance of fasting and encouraged you to start one. I like how there is a devotion for everything to keep you going. Perfect Bible verses for everyday. Thank you to the author for putting in so much effort.
