The endings was flipping amazing!
Love how this story kept getting more and more interesting! I had no idea how amazing of an author Corey is! Truly amazing, looking forward to the next couple books in this series to be on here so I can dive into the next couple chapters in Justin and the crews stories!

great book hope for more soon
I'm happy I found this title can't wait for the next two books to be added to audible it was a great story and great narration though he needs to work on his female voices 😀 the MC is a more realistic representation of how i think someone would react being telaported to a different world it had alot of depth and lots of good characters it was well written and I truly enjoyed it and hope for many more

Fantastic!!!
This was a long book, but oh my goodness, what a journey! Justin goes through so much during his time away. I can't wait to see what happens next. I have so many questions. Does he go back to his Dad? How does his Dad know? I need to know these things!
I loved the audiobook so much! Rob Brinkmann did such a fabulous job with every single character in this book. I'm hoping the other books in the series come to audio at some point because that would be amazing!

What an Adventure!
far off lands, magic, danger, mistrust, twists & turns.... what's not to love?! it's an amazing adventure that's artfully brought to life through skilled writing & emphatic reading! well done! Both of my teen boys enjoyed this book, and I did as well. We're already in the process of reading book 2: The Fallen Aeneid.

Corey’s ability to paint a picture that captures the listeners attention and imagination is impressive! I found myself listening every, spare minute I had. Onto the next journey for Justin Holmes!

A Straight Forward Fantasy Book
Corey isn't trying to reinvent the wheel with the start of this great series. This book jumps right into the action of a thought out Fantasy world. The story moves along very quickly and the action feels back to back. After reading some slower paced fantasy series lately with long chapters of world building and 100s of pages between big pay offs, Corey gets straight to the point. This was a very refreshing read.
Corey is also a very good voice actor. his cadence is upbeat and his characters have unique voices that are fun to listen to. Even after reading his following books I will be returning to listen to his next works once they are released on audio.
