If you like learning about different types of Christianity, this audiobook definitely falls into that category. It gave me a much cleaner picture of Ethiopian-based Christianity.

Michael Avery’s audiobook is filled with valuable insights about the Ethiopian Orthodox Order. I especially appreciated the 90-day listening plan, which made it easier to stay consistent and complete the entire book. Overall, it’s a very informative listen.

Excellent text

I am not religious but I love understanding religious texts, how they differ and how they are similar. I had not had the opportunity to read the Ethiopian Bible but was always curious about the extra texts that are not found on the Protestant bibles. I found this to be a rush historical and theological reflection ancient roots and Orthodox Christianity in Africa.
