Oh wait, I definitely can’t believe that because 90% of the money that goes to this news organizations is from giant pharmaceutical companies so if that makes sense
I’m halfway through the book but I read the first one to three years ago and for anyone who thinks it’s bullshit go on YouTube and look up how to modify a banana with William Bengston and then try it you’ll be surprised at how it actually works

Fantastic book focused on empirically proven practicality

This book is phenomenal in it’s detail, reserved skepticism, and genuine honesty of ignorance. The author requests no faith, belief, or elaborate rituals. His goal is to reduce the method to its very essential parts and only that. While philosophizing about potential explanation he maintains a position of reserved skepticism and focuses only on things experienced by him and others and verifiable imperial data, only touching on theories as potential but unverifiable (at this time) explanations.
