This book made me cry of happiness. Martha explained in details a path to become a successful entrepreneur. I was able to understand myself better with the personality test and reflect on my strengths & flaws. Great book ! I highly recommended!

While author Marta Spirk directed this book toward women, it is excellent information for everyone. Her straightforward way of presenting the material makes it easy to understand.

Her explanation of the Enneagram system is one of the best I have heard. Between her personal anecdotes and solid teaching, this book is an excellent addition to anyone’s library.

I listened to the audiobook of The Empowered Woman. This is a short read/listen at just 172 pages and ninety minutes for the audiobook. The author’s enthusiasm shines throughout the book. An overabundance of information is packed into every minute of this roadmap to business success.

Pure genius!

Marta's thorough explanation about how as entrepreneurs our business is an extension of who we are. We must begin with a solid foundation of knowing who we are and breaking through our challenges to achieve success in our business! I'm an Enneagram 2 and this book helped me feel validated, but more importantly helped me see my struggles from a new perspective and overcome them! This book offers incredible insight and is a must-read for all female entrepreneurs!

Powerful Process

Wonderful thoughts and process on how to empower yourself as a woman and move forward in life! Marta has a great sense of pride and allowing ideas of reflective reasoning!

Know myself better to do better

Marta tells her personal journey through self development and entrepreneurship. She shares her struggles she had to overcome from her childhood experiences and how she's become empowered. Through her five step process she helps her readers to go through their personal development journey to feel empowered. In her first chapter she helped me discover that I am also an ennegram 3... What a mind-blowing discovery as every piece of who I am, the things I love and hate about myself, and everything in between have come together in my mind to explain in a clearer picture who I am, why I am that way, and how I can move forward with that information to use my weaknesses as my strengths.

Great read or listen, perfect length to get you motivated on a nice car ride, and helps you to feel empowered to make moves in your life to create the life you've envisioned for yourself!

Inspiring read!

A nice, short intro to the enneagram and how we can hold ourselves accountable and succeed in business! I recommend this if you’re needing a burst of inspiration!

I loved learning about Marta

It's very interesting to hear the story of someone who immigrated to United States, their perspective on the culture and experience. Then we also get perspectives on her journey to thrive and find personal confidence, which everyone can learn from. It's a great book for both women and men.
