there are parts that get skipped.

all in all its a good listen, but the audio does skip. I wasn't sure if it was at first so i opened my book and listened at the same time. CH8 at 38. 47, it def skipped while the MC was talking to Maeve about 'what's bothering her'.
but otherwise the VA is easy to follow and is clear.

HOOKED

Wonderful story, and couldn't stop listening.
I was sucked in from the start!
At first I was like "Hunger Games"! Then the story started to come alive.
Troy Duran did not narrate any part in the second book. :(
I wish he had more of a role.
While it's an awesome story, and Hollie Jackson does a wonderful job. It's one toned, and could have been brought to life with a secondary voice.
Can't wait for the rest of the story!
Definitely going to relisten to them as the new audiobooks come out.

Story: love it
Romance: You know that slow burn in book 1? It gets very detailed and explicit a couple times in book 2, so mature audiences only
Actors: would love to hear more of the guy too but the lady is awesome

Great series

This was a good book. Actually it was a good series. All 4 books! The story stayed true to Greek mythology while also keeping you entertained and adding in their own twist. I loved their love story too. So good. The only disappointment was that Troy Duran didn’t talk enough.

So, much to shade’s chagrined Sera goes to The Elysean Academy of Light and Beauty and just like he warned her it really is, the most beautiful death trap you’ll ever see which; is proven before the first half of the year is through.
The way this book ends makes you want to jump right into book three.
