Just listened once not sure

Trying to lose weight and just bought this audiobook. I listen to it last night and I laid down for bed and fell asleep through most of it. Some of what I understood I agree with the ideas but it is hypnosis. Might take time to tell if it really works.

A waste of money

I should have known better. But I thought maybe this might be the thing that works when nothing else has. Obviously not.
