Even better than the original

Sawyer is at his best here, and the sequel manages to be even better than the original. Brilliantly written, and it's great to see Valentina get an expanded role. The plotline is riveting, the ending is amazing, and the cast are phenomenal. I especially enjoyed Cerise Handspiker as Annabelle. I'm hoping for a Part 3 to resolve some of the mysteries that were left open here.

Great addition to the first book.

Great addition to the first book. I will be listening to any other additions. Like to know what the second reason is for turning the lights off.

Brendan Fraser is Freaking Great

I really enjoyed this sequel. All the performances were excellent, and Brendan Fraser is, as always, such an excellent actor. It’s a good story with great dialogue. I really kind of hated the ending, though. The whole thing with Annabelle’s download…not the best choice, and I don’t feel like it was a tenable storyline. I lost my joy in the story at that point. Overall, though, it was some very good sci-fi.

A good sequel to a unique story

I enjoyed this series as a quick listen and the moral/ethical questions the characters were forced to grapple with. There are some LGBTQ issues that are lightly presented and explored that make the book feel more human than most sci-fi literature. I also suspect a book 3 is coming with small amounts of foreshadowing offered towards the end of the story. I would continue to listen if book 3 does become available.

Great story

I really enjoyed the sequel. It was different enough to be its own story and not compete with the original story. I only gave it four stars overall Because the performance was not as good as the first book in that the first had a sound effects

Brendon Frazier !

love the story many different twists but the voice acting was the best ! big fan of Brendon Fraziers works and he has a great voice full emotion!

Amazing

literally was told about this title mainly because of Brandon Fraiser, but finished because the story was amazing. I wish there were more but it was so good as is as well.

An excellent sequel. I enjoyed it very much. The casting was amazing. The story was very technical but capable of following.

Great continuation. I had really enjoyed the Downloaded and wondered where they would go with this one. it didn't disappoint.
