the storyline

I love the characters and storyline. I get invested in the first chapters! Please continue with Hanna and Micheal.

Repetitive

I found the story line to be repetitive not only in the story telling but the same wording.

Another great Gary McAvoy book

Interesting story involving Father Michael, Hana and the boys. Unusual crime, good pace, good narration as always.

Something is missing

I have read all of this series, but the characters in this book seemed watered down and less interesting than in previous books. The story seems improbable
I did not finish it.

Haunting & Intriguing

I couldn’t stop listening to this presentation. The storyline was fictional, however, it well written to sound almost believable.

The latest thriller for Dr. Russo

I've enjoyed the other thriller series' by Gary McAvoy. This latest series with Dr. Russo has me wondering what other secrets the Vatican is hiding away, fictional of course. Each book I've read my Gary McAvoy has some surprising twists in the story that I wouldn't have expected. Also, as I've heard the books from my Audible subscription, hearing Will Damron voice Fr. Dominic and Hana so often has painted an almost perfect picture of who the characters are.

Love this series

Love the series but found this one a bit all over the place with characters. It just felt a little hard to follow although I got it all together at the end. Also I know this isn’t about father Michael who i think is a much stronger character but found Russo to be a bit pandering at times and I found Michael’s righteous concerns to be overlooked for their importance.
