Volume two. Four more stories: the mind of a mind reader, babysitting the supernatural, packing up, and what's it like to be a queen. More fun for fans of the Accords, with setup for the series story arc.

So far since downloading this series I have listened to it three times.
I've found something new every time I've listened to it.

I hope there is more to come in this series.

This collection includes several interesting short stories but I wish there had been more. One story is about Declan's face off with the NY pack after he interrogated a member about why so many wares were challenging Stacia. In the Summer book, Declan had discovered a witchy plot to eliminate Stacia by making her pack turn against her. The NY alpha was angry that Declan had gotten involved in pack business and in this short story, they call a meeting to hash it out with Declan.
Another tale is about Chris's god daughter babysitting for the twins while he and Tanya go to an event. It was kind of dumb.
The last story is the best and is from Tanya's POV. Its about the demidova team heading to FL to check out a portal to faerie in connection with an increase in Demonic possessions. Its far too brief and I didn't care for Tanya's constant questioning about Omega:s power and Declan's mental state. She isn't much older than him and is a friggin princess of all the darken in the world plus runs a major worldwide organization with emmense wealth, power and pull besides being a unstoppable supernatural force herself and married to the God Hammer. Oh, and btw, she is a vampire, a preditor by nature, dependant on human blood to survive, but we aren't questioning her motives. its annoying.

good but too short.

Have to say this one was better than volume 1. Though a couple of the stories seem weirdly shortened. The one with Declan and Stasha built fast and abruptly ended. Could have used more of a build up and fleshed out some.

Better

John Conroe has done it again. Short story but filled with a lot of substance. A must read for all who have read the Demon Accord series.

Very Good.

I now own every Audible book in the Demon Accords and the two Compendiums.
This series is interesting in every Audible book released. Each of course broadening the saga leaving the listener and or reader wanting more.
The narration James Cronin does, is very well done. It is my opinion that by keeping with the same narrator, helps greatly with the continuity of the series.
Personally I'm in favor of dual narration male and female respectively. Then again those are just my thoughts.
