I have around 26 or so SK titles under my belt and I didn’t want to pull the trigger on a shorter book. I have a hour drive to work. I have had my eye on the book for a long time and finally gave. This book is definitely in my top 5 along with Salems Lot. Look forward to venturing back around to it in the future.

My First Stephen King
I was not disappointed! The story was enthralling and never too outrageous. I love the symbolism and imagery throughout the book. The narrator did a great job too!

Another home run by S.K.
It's slow in some parts, but equally ramps up for the rest of the story. The antagonist is a memorable one for sure. I find myself using quotes from him. overall it's another home run by Stephen King.
