Absolutely Amazing!!!
Ok first off petition for Freddy Carter to PLS read more audiobooks. It’s actually a crime he didn’t read on Six of Crows. He’s so good and so perfect t for this specific role as well. Both narrators are truly amazing performances 100!! The story was so good as well, yes it’s YA/NA so please read/listen with the correct expectations but it was SO good! Cannot wait for the sequel and under no circumstances should the narrators change. I hope they do more audiobooks books together and I hope we get future performances from Freddy in general.

Amazing!
The Dagger And The Flame is a a perfect blend of romance, suspense and supernatural intrigue. The world-building is Rich and immersive drawing you in from the start and the characters are so well developed. You really feel for them. The romance is swoon worthy full of tension and emotional depth, and the story keeps you on edge with twists and turns. Overall it’s an incredibly captivating read, and I couldn’t put it down, perfect for fans of dark fantasy and forbidden love.

The ending killed me
It was a little bit slow for me personally at the beginning but that’s how most books are for me but by the end I was hooked in. I’m gonna be need the second book because it can’t end like that?!?! I NEED to know what happens next

OH. MY. GOD.
I think this is my favorite audiobook of all time. I literally adore both voice actors so much and their work in other things so I jumped on this as soon as I heard. But just to preface I live and die for Freddy Carter and how he plays grumpy, edgy, assassin characters in his works. He’s just perfect. My life is yours if they both come back for the second book. WHAT A FREAKING GOOD STORY. Good lord, I’m cheesing and on the verge of tears just wanting to hear more. Love love love when actors do audio books.

Voice actors
These voice actors said rent is DUE. I loved the book so much and with these voice actors it made the story so much better. I also wants paying attention to who the voice actors were until I heard FREDDY FREAKING CARTER. His voice acting was soooo good.
