The most important lesson I learned is that empathy is the key to solving an explosive child's problems. I feel grateful to have found this solution to my problem.

Change of mindset

The thing i loved about this book is not so much the strategies, but the change of mindset that dr. jennie leaf instilled in my head. I now deal with problems with my children in a completely different way, I am more relaxed and can enjoy my time with them more.
