A feel good book

When Madison is called home to Maple Falls to help her father run the Cinnamon Spice Inn she has no intention of staying for good. Her life and her job are in New York City and can she really give it all up for the wholesome and cozy small town lifestyle? What if it comes with a handsome man from her past.

Sweet and cozy

I loved the characters and the small town with its Fall vibes. I didn’t like the miscommunication. It frustrated me and wasn’t really resolved until nearly the end. Other than that I enjoyed it. There was chemistry between the main characters despite their issues and the steamy scenes were great. It was good Fall read filled with heartfelt moments.

Andi Eloise and her ability to voice all the characters was incredible! She really brought these characters and the story to life. Brandon Francis did a great job as well.

This was such a cozy and sweet romance, with a dash of mystery, and oh my word, the miscommunication was strong with this one.

I really enjoyed this story with all the meddling and the mysterious letters, which I kinda guessed who was behind it. But I'm not gonna lie, the miscommunication had me screaming at my device multiple times, especially after the phone call.

With the story being in third person and solo style narration, it took me a minute to get used to it and not get confused about what was going on. Nonetheless, Andi Eloise did a great job with this narration, and that bonus chapter with Brandon Francis was everything I didn't know I needed.

Sweet and Spicy

I enjoyed the story, especially the element of the letters, the details of food, and the second chance romance theme. I enjoyed the characters and relationships, as well. And the narration was done so well. I love Andi (and Brandon). The spice was nice, and well written.

Did not care for it. Fell flat.

Performance was fine. The story wasn’t really that great. I thought the main female character was a turd and selfish. The main male character er was a push over.
It’s just a story and a fill in. Overall, got the fall vibes but nothing more.
