Really? I am glad it was a cheap book.
I spoke with less than 30 minutes, all of the information was common sense. For those of us that are truly busy and truly trying to keep up with things, we already follow these common sense things I guess I was looking for something a little more revolutionary.

Not good as an audible book
Trying to learn new ways to get my home tidy quickly and on a more regular basis. The list reminds me of the sleep stories I like to listen to so there is that. Otherwise, this just doesn't do anything for me.

My ears hurt.
The content of the book is ok but finding a narrater that whistles whenever she reads a word that starts or ends with an s was a bad choice. I can't even finish listening.

30 minute listening would be better spent cleaning
1/3 of the book is lists that are not helpful like what to clean in each room. Few to no new ideas of cleaning or tips I haven't already heard.
The 30 minute book boiled down to figure out a way to clean for 30 minutes every day even if you split it up into 5-10 minutes here and there.
Sadly, returned this book. Not a fan.

There were a couple tips on natural cleansers other than that completely non-informative. Just obvious statements

Disappointed
If I could deep clean my home that quick I would not need to speed clean. Just do the deep clean once a week or so.
