Narration

The context of the book is great. The animation in the narrators voice was overwhelming for the first several chapters. I’m not sure if she toned it down a bit or I just got used to it but it seemed more tolerable for the remainder of the book. The content of the book was worth the perseverance to finish the book.

Brutally Personal

This book contained an ongoing odyssey of a life tuning in to God's purpose. The raw details exposed by the author opens the way for the "least" of us to have hope for today and full assurance of freedom now and in the future, no matter what the past has buried. Thank you.

Beautifully Broken

This is the best book ever! It's changed my life and how I view Christ. Absolutely worth a listen. Thank you Ann for sharing your brokenness.

The poetic prose of Ann Voskamp

Reading Ann Voskamp is a great experience. Getting to hear it read aloud is to capture fuller meaning and greater appreciation for the beauty of her word-smithing! The Broken Way is full of rich analogy that helped me grasp what Christ has given me in His broken offering.

This book is rich. Filled with truth and grace. The narrator made use of her gift of reading as well. So good!
