Eastern Europe, August 1942. The Khazar kaganate, an isolated nation of Turkic warrior Jews, lies between the Pontus Euxinus (the Black Sea) and the Khazar Sea (the Caspian). Lots of fun
I’ve been waiting for a book like this since I was a teenager! I absolutely loved this book & can’t wait for more in this series! The culture is beautiful & the characters are wonderful. 5/5 from this fantasy nerd Jewish person!
