The enemy will stop at nothing to kill him . . . if his friends don't do the job first.

There is one problem. Even if Merrik and his friends should prove victorious, there is a bigger threat looming, one that threatens existence itself. The key lies with the ghosts inside him, but which ghost wants to help him save the world? And which wants to betray him?

Great…but cut short

This series has been amazing. The ups and downs have been perfectly timed. The comedy from the main character and his amazing companions added to the charm of this book. My only, but biggest complaint is that several things felt very rushed. I was so sad to watch a series I’ve grown to love end so abruptly with quick or little to no explanations for main plot lines. I can only hope there will be another book, but see there is no talk of one as of yet. Still would read this series again.

fun well written series

this review is for the 3rd book in the series, the 1st and 2nd were great and the 3rd hasn't lessened my opinion. its fun, there's tragedy, humor, and excitement. the pace wasn't slow and continued to capture the listeners interest. Hopefully the author has more books planned as he has left me filled with possibilities and expectations, frick'n awesome!
