Wonderful inspiring book!!

I love this book, very inspiring and informative. The author Nikki Spears is an inspiring motivational speaker at my sister’s school, (I listened in on one of her messages she gave there.) I am glad she wrote this book because it gave me increased hope in trying times and some great information for myself to learn some self care skills for me to keep for the rest of my life. What a great blessing this book is I highly recommend you listen to it plus I like the soothing narrator’s voice!!
