In the late 1800s, a new disease arrived in North America from Europe and began to claim the lives of children everywhere. After much trial and tribulation, a shot was developed that helped both those already afflicted with the illness, and those who might one day become infected. In 1932, a safer version of the shot was developed, but contained a new ingredient never before tried on humans. Due to aggressive immunization campaigns, children all over the country began to receive this shot. Within a year, a new mental disorder - unknown to even the most knowledgeable child psychologists in the country - began to appear. It affected toddlers, and mostly boys. Children were losing the ability to speak and would take little interest in any other humans - even their parents. The Autism Vaccine chronicles the story of two of these children - one known throughout the world, the other completely unknown until recently - and why modern medicine’s attempts to explain what happened to them have so far come up short.

Beautifully written, the information, the transitions, the connections, everything was well done. This book will forever be one of the first books every expecting parent and pediatrician should read.

Informative research!

Forrest Maready does not disappoint into the research into the diseases and disorders that have crippled our human race. As a parent of a beautiful child with autism; I have always known in my heart that he was harmed by the very people we put the most trust in; doctor's. If the reader has ever doubted that vaccines are "good" for you, this will open you eyes.

In depth dive into the history of vaccination

Everyone should read this book. With the constant barrage of propaganda at the hands of the pharmaceutical industry and our governments, it's refreshing to see someone address the hard questions that we seem to be forbidden to ask.

Great Historical perspective

Great to look at the History of how we got to where we are with vaccines and aluminum toxicity. Tells the story very clearly. I highly recommend this book.

Knowledge is power

This subject is very complex. When you learn about the history of vaccination, you really start to understand how this is effecting all of us, and generations to come. You also get an idea of why people, on both ends, believe in what they believe. F. Maready does an excellent job telling our history in this book. I also appreciate his detailed thoughts with different theories.

I’ve always loved learning. Unfortunately learning more about this subject, though fascinating, is upsetting. It hits deeply, and personally. If this is true, many are responsible for the lifelong suffering and trauma of my loved ones.

I absolutely loved it! i hate the fact that we're the cause of the epidemic of autism but soo many ppl have been misguided and think tant autism is solely genetic and has been here for centuries and this book debunks those myths and proves once and for all how vaccines CAN cause things like autism and how our government has known for quite some time. thank you Forrest Maready!

Intriguing.

I could not stop listening! After having done years of research into this subject after watching my own child slip away into Autism I thought I'd heard and read it all. The story of the children within followed by historical facts about the birth of imunizations had me addicted to listening. Thank you Forrest Maready for a riveting work of non fiction.
